She draws on the familiar aspects of running a business from leading remote global teams, to gaining support for technology initiatives, to working with founders or equity partners to develop and meet organizational priorities. Donna has a strong focus on desired results for both clients and sponsors and helps her clients achieve an authentic sense of self and inspiration to achieve their deepest personal and professional aspirations.
