Monica Pemberton pushes the boundaries in the male-dominated technology industry. A consummate diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility practitioner, she has made her mark and excelled in the field as a technical leader and advocate for women of color in tech. As the Chief Technology Officer for the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), she is responsible for developing the technology strategy and delivering solutions to meet the organization’s mission and objectives to become an indispensable association. She has been a technology professional for over 23 years.
