Lisa Huntsha is the digital librarian and information manager for the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), supporting over 17,000 members worldwide in advancing their expertise in EMDR therapy and trauma-informed care. She led the development of EMDRIA’s digital library, an innovative resource that helps mental health professionals stay on the cutting edge of their field. With over 15 years of experience spanning library science, association management, and technology strategy, she’s passionate about using digital solutions to enhance member engagement and professional development. She is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all aspects of her work, ensuring that resources and opportunities are accessible to everyone. Previously, she spent a decade in higher education before making the exciting leap into the association world.
