Jessica Richardson is a strategic membership and marketing leader with more than 13 years of experience in the association and nonprofit space, specializing in building data-driven, story-centered experiences that foster connection, engagement, and long-term belonging. At the American Association of Immunologists (AAI), she plays a key role in advancing initiatives that strengthen the member journey through digital transformation, creative communications, and cross-functional collaboration.

Her work sits at the intersection of membership, marketing, and technology. Jessica designs onboarding and renewal frameworks, maps end-to-end member journeys, and supports governance, analytics, and reporting efforts that inform decision-making and improve retention. She has helped launch and optimize digital platforms, develop integrated content strategies, and translate data into actionable insights that serve both organizational goals and member needs.

A recognized voice in the association and nonprofit technology space, Jessica has presented for organizations including AWTC, fusionSpan, UST Education, and Multiview, and has appeared on Association Briefings’ Engaging in the Next podcast. She is an AWTC Technology Champion and an active volunteer leader within AWTC, where she continues to advance innovation, inclusion, and inclusive technology practices across the association sector.
