Jessica A. Irizarry is an accomplished association management leader with over 16 years of experience in component development, volunteer engagement, organizational and operational growth. A recognized expert in volunteer management and association governance, her work focuses on building strong, sustainable associations through strategic operations, effective volunteer management practices and leadership development.

Following her tenure with the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) as the Director of Chapter Strategy & Program Development where she oversaw the strategic expansion of operational success of ASID’s chapter network, Jessica joins Shriners International as Sr. Manager, Components Relations. In this role, she is tasked with creating strategy and implementing systems and processes in support of their chapters, special interest groups, and volunteers.

A volunteer herself, Jessica served as the 2022-2023 National Chair of the ASAE Component Relations and Volunteer Management Professionals Advisory Council. She is currently volunteering with ASAE as a member of the Gold Circle Awards Committee.
