Anna Kassinger

As Associate Director of Program Strategy at Capellic, Anna designs and leads multiyear strategic initiatives for nonprofits to develop mission-driven digital programs and experiences.

She specializes in bringing together organization senior leaders, staff, and board of directors to create cohesive, fully supported, and fully resourced digital programs. Along the way, Anna helps clients educate stakeholders about and collaboratively refine program goals, strategy, tactics, and risk management steps.

Anna draws on 15 years of experience leading nonprofit website redesigns, developing user-centric content strategy and information architecture, and creating professional education programs and student curricula. She is particularly passionate about staff development programs for building nonprofit in-house capacity and autonomy.

Anna earned an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education and B.A. from Pomona College. When she’s not playing board games with her kids, Anna can be found rehearsing classical and new works for her 36-voice choral ensemble, Voce.
