AWTC Peer Collectives return in 2025, building on the success and insights from our pilot program.

AWTC Peer Collectives provide a structured yet flexible space for navigating professional challenges, exchanging insights, and gaining fresh perspectives from one another.

As we build our careers, nothing is more powerful and rewarding than having a strong professional community of peers to collaborate with, learn from, and support along the way. — Moira Edwards, MS, CAE, AWTC Director
What You'll Get
- A peer group of about 6 AWTC members who meet virtually 9 times between 2025 and 2026
- A safe, confidential space for peer advisory, problem-solving, and idea sharing
- Exposure to diverse perspectives across career stages, roles, and organizations
- A mix of facilitator-led and peer-led sessions—with templates, guides, and built-in support
- Opportunities to practice facilitation and strengthen your network.
How It Works
- Meetings: 90-minute sessions every 4–6 weeks (first meeting is 2 hours)
- Sessions will be virtual, to accommodate busy schedules and members from all over the country.
- First two sessions: Led by an expert facilitator
- Remaining sessions: Peer-led—each participant takes a turn organizing and facilitating a session using AWTC’s facilitation tools and structure
- Topics: A series of monthly issues for the group to address, along with time to bring your challenges, ideas, and reflections.
What’s Expected of You
- Show up, be present (camera on), and actively participate in each meeting
- Facilitate one session using AWTC’s facilitation templates (with support!)
- Engage with your group between meetings
- Keep discussions confidential and respectful
