Inspiring Leaders: A Celebration of Women’s History Month

What women inspire you? What qualities and characteristics do female leaders embody (current and/or historic)? How does this translate into what you can do as a leader in an association?

The Career Growth team is ready to present for Women's History month in March! The journeys of so many women have touched our lives and empowered us - from giant presences to tiny moments. We will facilitate a discussion on innovative women who have inspired us in a variety of ways. Focusing on characteristics of female leadership, we are hoping to participants share stories that highlight historic figures as well as women warriors we know personally. We will wrap-up our session by tying our cultivated list of characteristics into female leaders in the association world.
