From Analytics to Action: Making Data Work in the Boardroom
You have the numbers. You understand the trends. But when it's time to present to your board or leadership team, something gets lost in translation, and the decisions you know need to happen don't happen.
This panel brings together technology leaders in associations who've learned to close that gap. They'll share how they turned dashboards and member analytics into narratives that grab leadership's attention, building credibility, driving investment, and advancing their organizations and careers through the power of data storytelling.
Attendees will walk away knowing how to frame data around board decisions, build a repeatable narrative structure, translate tech metrics into business outcomes, and use data fluency to grow their influence and careers.
