Toni Kervina, AAiP, is the Director of Content and Learning for the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), where she leads content strategy, education innovation, and responsible AI adoption across the organization. With more than a decade of experience in association publishing and digital transformation, Toni has spearheaded award-winning multimedia programs, enterprise content platforms, and AI-powered learning tools that expand access, improve engagement, and support workforce development. She currently oversees ASNT’s global education portfolio and the integration of AI solutions that enhance learning, certification prep, and member services. In addition to her professional role, Toni volunteers as Content Director for Engineers & Scientists Acting Locally (ESAL), helping translate complex technical issues into accessible, action-oriented public resources. Her work focuses on using technology to advance mission-driven organizations while keeping people, equity, and trust at the center of innovation.
