As Vice President of Membership, Education, and Engagement at GBTA, I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections and driving innovation that benefits our global member community and industry at large. I currently lead GBTA’s member-focused technology transformation – a multi-year initiative focused on delivering a seamless, scalable member experience. Collaboration is at the heart of this work; I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams and volunteer leaders to ensure every voice is heard and every solution meets real-world needs. This project will introduce automation to save thousands of staff hours, launch a new member portal to improve renewals, and add capabilities that make engagement more personalized and accessible worldwide. For me, technology isn’t just about systems – it’s about empowering people, fostering growth, and building a stronger, more connected future for our 9,000-plus members across six continents.
