Introduce mindfulness into your work day. Take a pause from the busyness and learn simple practices to ease stress and reduce the feelings of burnout.Join us for short monthly sessions designed to help you create space in your day. Each session includes:
  • 5 minutes to arrive and settle in
  • 10 minutes of guided meditation practice
  • 5 minutes for questions and reflection

Moira Edwards has practiced mindfulness meditation for the last 17 years with teachers and groups affiliated with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW).

For the past 10 years her home sangha has been IMCW’s Women’s Community Sangha. She completed the 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and has a master’s degree in psychology.

Moira regularly teaches online for the Center for Mindful Living, and offers in-person events and classes in northern Virginia
