Join us for short monthly sessions designed to help you create space in your day. Each session includes:\n\n5 minutes to arrive and settle in\n10 minutes of guided meditation practice\n5 minutes for questions and reflection\n\nEvery month, we explore a new area of meditation and introduce a practical skill you can carry with you, something portable and easy to use in your daily life. These sessions are open to everyone, with no prior meditation experience required.\n Register \nMeditation Leader\n\nMoira Edwards\nEllipsis Partners\nOwner & President Moira Edwards has practiced mindfulness meditation for the last 17 years with teachers and groups affiliated with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW).\nFor the past 10 years her home sangha has been IMCW’s Women’s Community Sangha. She completed the 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and has a master’s degree in psychology.\nMoira regularly teaches online for the Center for Mindful Living, and offers in-person events and classes in northern Virginia\n
